• All fees for training services are due in full at the time of enrollment.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, or the session fee will be forfeited.

• Clients are responsible for their dog's behavior and must disclose any relevant medical or behavioral information prior to training.

While we strive to achieve the best results, individual dog behavior may vary, and therefore, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. We prioritize the safety and well-being of all dogs and reserve the right to dismiss any dog displaying aggressive behavior.
